trans awareness week

This week we’re making a real effort to learn how we can be a more trans-inclusive club, going beyond the fact that at UWMXDHC we are inclusive of ALL gender identities. Our Welfare sec Saz attended an incredibly helpful @warwicksuofficial Trans in Sport Awareness workshop put on by Alex Lythall, & fed back some key info + pointers to the exec. We’re going to try and normalise stating preferred pronouns - kicking it off with our snazzy new pronoun badges! We also wore pink, blue and white at our Thursday training session to spread awareness!
